Having healthy, glowing skin doesn’t have to break the bank. There is no denying that as women, we feel so much pressure to look youthful. The average female spends between 5 to 10% of their income to do just that. With all of us feeling a push to save more, how can we do that without feeling as though we are giving up?
The good news is that it’s a lot easier than we may have thought. Many dermatologists recommend a very simple, yet effective skin care routine that cuts out the nonsense. There are quite a few great products out there that are affordable. Most products are under $10 and should last a couple months. I have included the price of these items as listed on Walmart.com since the majority of us shop there regularly.
Let’s start with our…

Drinking plenty of water and getting a good night’s rest goes a long way to improving your skin. Eating fruits, vegetables and healthy fats are an important part of skin health. Look for ways to decrease stress in your life. So many things are out of our control, but look for small ways to make your life a little more manageable.
The BEST thing you can do for yourself is realize how beautiful you are, inside and out. This world is so blessed to have you in it. Smile and let your radiating glow shine through.
